Mark's boat, Pilgrim, is a Baba with a very tight opening in the cockpit. He had lost his previous binnacle cover in a windstorm, (he too is out by the breakwater on Bellingham Bay a few slips down from my boat) and wanted the cover tailored to the cockpit and therefore secure.

I created this bimini in exchange for the owner doing the bottom paint on my boat. The black shelter rite tape along the edges and around the back zipper reinforce the tweed sunbrella fabric. The black webbing along every edge of the bimini also helps to strengthen the integrity of the fabric keeping it from fraying and pulling apart in the wind.
